Kelly Etzel, RN, BSN
Kelly received her Bachelor's degree in Nursing in 1995. She has extensive experience in orthopedics, general surgery, trauma, head injury, emergency medicine and pediatric medicine. She has been in the Workers' Compensation area since 1997. Kelly has established excellent working relationships with many medical providers in the southeastern Wisconsin area and has proven to be very effective in helping injured workers' recovery from their injuries effectively and efficiently. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys watching her children play various sports, running marathons, participating in adventure races and triathlons, reading and listening to music.
Dru Miller, RN, BSN
After working in the ER and ICU, Dru became an occupational health nurse for a defense contractor in 1980 and case management thereafter. With this background, she has the employer's perspective and am proactive and aggressive with rehabilitation and a timely return to work. Dru enjoys the challenge of workers compensation and the interaction with medical specialists, employers, claims adjusters and claimants. For fun, Dru enjoys raising and rescuing llamas and alpacas on my farmette.
Debbie Kulaf, RN
Debbie provides case management services throughout all of southeastern Wisconsin. She has a proven record of providing positive results by being proactive on each and every file she handles. Her excellent communication skills and attention to detail help her to excel in providing case management. Residing in the southeastern Wisconsin, Debbie has worked with much of the medical community in this area and has established excellent working relationships with them. She offers considerable experience handling complex and catastrophic claims
Janet Torlina, RN, BSN
I graduated with my Bachelor's degree in nursing in 1998. My background in nursing includes ICU and oncology patients. I have also worked as a nurse consultant for a law firm prior to becoming a nurse case manager in 2006. I work closely with employers, TPA's, medical providers and injured workers to ensure a quick and effective recovery process for the injured worker. In my spare time I enjoy running, playing volleyball, watching my son play all of his various sports and spending time with family and friends.
Cindy Preisig, RN
I have more that 25 years experience as an RN with the past 18 years being in Case Management. In 1996 I achieved Certified Case Manager (CCM). My extensive knowledge of WI Workers Compensation and lengthy experience have allowed me to develop strong, positive relationships with physician, providers and employers in Central and Northern Wisconsin. These assets allow me to have a rapid and effective impact on claims.
